SENATE BILL NO. 47 "An Act relating to exemptions for cash                                                                      
surrender values, accrued dividends, and loan values of life insurance                                                          
and annuity contracts" was read the third time.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Egan moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from                                                                  
voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator                                                         
Egan was required to vote.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 47 "An Act relating to                                                               
exemptions for cash surrender values, accrued dividends, and loan                                                               
values of life insurance and annuity contracts" pass the Senate?" The
